What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of community programmes and outreach initiatives.
- Develop strategies that strengthen community engagement and organisational impact.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organisations, volunteers, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Oversee programme budgets, resources, and operational planning.
- Monitor programme performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new services and community projects.
- Ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and align with organisational objectives.
- Prepare reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support fundraising, partnership development, and community awareness initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop programme teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in programme management, community services, non-profit organisations, project management, public services, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities effectively.
- Passion for community development, sustainability, and public engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,500.00-£8,500.00 per month
