Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or electronic payments with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
