Position: Trainee Sales Representative (Entry-Level)
Pay: Average OTE earnings from £25,000 - £35, 000 per annum (basic + uncapped commission)
Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Sheffield City Centre

As a Customer Sales Trainee, you will be working with customers through face-to-face sales, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the internal sales team, communicating confidently and effectively with customers face-to-face.
- Clearly explain product information, tailored to customers needs/requests.
- Support both team and individual targets.
- One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers.
- Actively participate in performance reviews to support ongoing professional development.
