Trainee Customer Sales Assistant - Sheffield City Centre (S1)
Position: Full-Time Customer Sales Assistant (Entry-Level)
Pay: Average OTE earnings from £25,000 per annum (weekly base pay + uncapped commission)
Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Sheffield City Centre

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates looking to transfer their skills to the sales sector. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience across the areas of sales and customer engagement. The entry-level role will involve working closely with the internal sales team, upselling products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers through promotional events (face-to-face sales).
- Provide clear and engaging product information, tailoring recommendations to meet individual preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the internal sales team, contributing to team performance.
- Participate in one-to-one coaching and mentorship sessions with experienced managers to support personal and professional growth.
- Represent clients professionally whilst maintaining brand standards and values.
