Exterior Cleaning Operative - About the Role
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Exterior Cleaning Operatives to join our team. You’ll carry out a variety of exterior cleaning tasks at residential and commercial properties, helping to keep them looking their best. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and great customer service skills.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and restore roofs, walls, driveways, and other exterior surfaces (soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, etc.).
- Safely use specialist cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.

- Excellent attention to detail.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting rate: £12.75 per hour.
- Pay rise: £13 after 1 month, with further increases available through training.
- Further renumeration: Level one operatives will receive £13 per hour, Level two £13.50 and Level three £14
- Hours: 06:45 start, usually finish around 16:30 (approx. 48/50 paid hours per week on site working time approximately 30-33 hours)
