We are now seeking an exceptional Reflexologist and Holistic Therapist to join our Notting Hill studio and become an integral part of this elevated client journey.
The Role
This is not a conventional reflexology position. You will work in synchrony with our lash technicians, delivering reflexology and therapeutic massage to clients who are simultaneously receiving their lash treatments. This requires a rare and refined skill set: the ability to induce deep relaxation, keep the client's body completely calm and still, and deliver precise, therapeutic work — all within the context of a luxury, high-discretion environment.
Following the reflexology treatment, you will transition seamlessly into massage therapy, extending the client's experience and deepening their state of relaxation. Your work is as much a part of the luxury experience as the artistry itself.

About You
We are seeking an exceptional practitioner who understands that true luxury lies in the details, and who takes immense pride in the experience they create for every client.
You will have:
Qualifications & Expertise: A recognised reflexology qualification (ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent) alongside a massage therapy qualification. A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience in a professional or luxury setting is preferred.
Exceptional Body Awareness: The technical ability to deliver precise, effective reflexology and massage while being acutely mindful of client stillness. You instinctively understand how to work with the body in a way that induces calm rather than movement, and you adapt your touch accordingly.
Professional Presence: A polished, composed and quietly confident manner. You are emotionally intelligent, articulate, and naturally put clients at ease. Your energy is calming, grounding, and entirely in keeping with the standards of a luxury brand.
Discretion & Integrity: The ability to work with complete professionalism, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our high-profile clientele at all times. Absolute discretion is non-negotiable.
Exceptional Client Care: A genuine passion for creating an outstanding client experience. You anticipate needs, pay meticulous attention to detail, and never compromise on quality or hygiene.
Collaborative Precision: The ability to work in close coordination with a lash technician during a shared client treatment. You are not working in isolation — you are part of a two-person luxury experience, and seamless, wordless professional synchrony is essential.
