About the Role:
We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a New Homes Advisor/s to join our team at Ark Property Centre. Based at a new development in the Deeping area, you will be responsible for managing the marketing and sales of a selection of our new homes.
From welcoming potential buyers and discussing property specifications to advising on available upgrades, you’ll provide a high level of customer service while supporting the sales process from enquiry through to reservation.
The sales suite is open Thursday through Monday, so weekend and bank holiday working is required. This role is open to full time or part time applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing and sales of new build homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers
- Discuss property specifications, upgrades, and reservation process
- Maintain accurate records and handle relevant sales administration
- Liaise with internal teams, developers, and solicitors as needed
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in property sales within a new homes environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, organisational, and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own transport or reliable means of travel to site and head office.
The sales suite will be open Thursday through to Monday so weekend and bank holiday working is required.
Salary dependant on experience. Commission on sales performance.
