Job Summary
NOTTO is Michelin starred chef Phil Howard's fresh pasta bar. Our pasta, sauces and Instagram famous focaccia are all made in house, and our burrata bar is a genuine guest favourite across every site. As Phil puts it, the goal has always been something “super fresh, super quick, but still cooked with real care.” We've got three sites across London (Piccadilly, Covent Garden and Broadgate), and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a Waiter or Waitress to join our Covent Garden front of house team, delivering great service to every table, every day.
What You'll Do
● Deliver warm, attentive service to every guest, every table● Take orders accurately and guide guests through our food and drink menu● Work closely with the kitchen to keep service running smoothly● Keep the floor, tables and service areas immaculate throughout● Handle payments and bill queries efficiently● Support the wider team during busy periods

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will:

Previous front of house experience is helpful but not essential, we'll train the right attitude.
