Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure linens are fresh and available.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
