Job Description:
A lovely private family in Grays is looking for a caring, reliable and engaging nanny to support with afternoon childcare for two young children (ages 3 and 6). This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with experience in early years or childcare who is looking for a consistent, long-term role in a warm and respectful home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging the development of Chinese language in a bilingual child through reading, writing, conversation and play-based activities
- Providing afternoon care, play and supervision at home
- Supporting with snacks, dinner, and light household tidying related to the children
- Maintaining a safe, kind and nurturing environment
Requirements:
- DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Punctual, dependable and kind
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
- Right to work in the UK
- Local or ready to travel to the RM17 area
