The Role
Customer satisfaction sits at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Support / Technical Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customers via phone and email, helping them resolve queries efficiently and ensuring they receive the highest level of service at all times.
No two days are the same at TechMan, so you’ll need to be organised, confident, and comfortable working in a busy environment where teamwork and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line technical support to customers via telephone and email
- Troubleshooting queries and identifying effective solutions
- Managing customer queries accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively within your team and across departments to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintaining clear and detailed administrative records
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft products, particularly Excel
- Automotive or motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided
