Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service to keep the flow lively and smooth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to food safety regulations at all times
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately, and give correct change
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to serve drinks confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is highly desirable
- Effective time management to handle busy periods seamlessly
