About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our business. This varied role involves coordinating with external marketing agencies, preparing reports, assisting with marketing materials, responding to customer enquiries, supporting events, and providing general administrative assistance. English and Chinese (MUST!).

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the business and external marketing agencies, designers, photographers, and other suppliers.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance, sales, and business activities.
- Analyse data and present findings to support business decisions.
- Edit and prepare marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Update website content and product information on Shopify when required.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records and documentation.
- Assist with planning, organising, and coordinating events, exhibitions, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure events run smoothly.
- Attend events when required and provide on-site support.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar image-editing software.
- Comfortable preparing reports and working with business data.
- Experience using Shopify is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to support business events.
Desirable
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, administration, operations, or event support.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic photography or video editing skills.
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or consumer goods.
