Our Portsmouth-based client is expanding their face-to-face sales team and is looking for motivated individuals to represent recognised brands across Event and Outreach environments.
No previous sales experience? No problem. This is an entry-level opportunity with training, ongoing guidance and hands-on learning available from the start.
What Will You Be Doing?
No two days have to look exactly the same. You'll gain practical experience meeting customers and representing brands face-to-face across different environments.
- Represent recognised brands across Event and Outreach campaigns
- Speak with customers, build rapport and create positive interactions
- Explain products, services or campaigns clearly and professionally
- Guide interested customers through the sign-up process
- Develop your sales, communication and customer service skills while you work
Qualifications & Requirements
Our client values attitude, communication and a willingness to learn over a specific work history.
- Availability: Able to commit to 5 full days per week, Monday–Friday
- Communication: Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with members of the public
- People Skills: Friendly, professional and comfortable engaging with new people face-to-face
- Mindset: Positive, reliable and motivated to learn and develop
- Transferable Skills: Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, administration, customer service or events can be beneficial, but isn't essential

Please Note: Successful candidates will be subcontracted directly to our client in Portsmouth. This is a sub-contracted opportunity where earnings are performance-linked through uncapped commission and incentives, giving individuals the opportunity to increase their earnings based on their results.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
