Duties
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
- Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary using relevant IT systems.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure the efficient operation of the practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or willingness to become a trainee
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
- A caring attitude towards patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
