What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing trade customers
- Preparing sales propositions and onboarding packs for new customers
- Following up on quotes, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Liaising with internal teams to provide quick, accurate information
- Keeping our customer database clean, organised, and up to date
- Allocating homeowner leads to trade customers based on geography
- Booking corporate entertainment, events, and hospitality
- Organising hotel bookings and logistics for the sales team
- Collating, analysing, and presenting sales statistics to support decision‑making
- Working closely with a supportive team that values collaboration, energy, and a great culture
- Answering incoming trade customer telephone calls
