Part-Time Cleaner – The Bricklayers, Newbury
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join the team at The Bricklayers in Newbury.
We take pride in creating a clean, welcoming venue for our guests, and we’re looking for someone who notices the little things and takes real ownership of maintaining high standards.
The Hours
Typically:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
8:00am – 11:00am
Approximately 12-16 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on the needs of the business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the venue is clean, fresh and ready for service, including:
- Cleaning and maintaining customer areas
- Toilets and washroom facilities
- Floors, surfaces and high-touch areas
- Emptying bins and managing waste
- General cleaning and presentation
- Identifying anything that needs additional attention or maintenance
- Completing cleaning tasks thoroughly and to a consistently high standard
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Extremely detail-oriented – you notice what others might miss
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage their time well
- Proud of maintaining high standards
- Proactive rather than waiting to be asked
- Comfortable with early morning starts
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but the right attitude and attention to detail are just as important
