Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their project requirements and provide expert guidance on tile options, styles, and applications
- Upsell complementary products such as grout, adhesives, and finishing accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards
- Assist customers with basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and pricing estimates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain tidy displays
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product arrangements
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and pricing estimates
- Prior experience in retail sales or tile/home improvement industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
