Restaurant Supervisor – Wiltshire – 5 Star Hotel – Live In Available – Up to £33k Package
We are recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor for an exceptional 5 Star hotel in Wiltshire, offering a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning food and beverage team within one of the UK's finest luxury hospitality destinations.

Working alongside an experienced management team, you will help deliver the impeccable service that guests have come to expect while supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

- Service charge of approximately £200–£300 per month

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth running of the restaurant, leading by example during service and helping to ensure every guest receives first-class hospitality.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead the team during service and maintain exceptional standards
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle guest queries and feedback confidently and professionally
The ideal candidate will have experience within a quality restaurant or luxury hotel and be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.
