Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, gel manicures, gel pedicures and massage.
- Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client requests and addressing concerns professionally
Experience
- Prior experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is essential; training will be provided for specific treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment procedures clearly
- A friendly, professional manner with a genuine passion for helping clients feel their best
