Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents or clients with daily routines while respecting their dignity and preferences
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure nutritional needs are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and daily activities using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Drive or accompany clients on outings or appointments as needed to promote social engagement
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for all
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Basic IT skills for documentation and updating care plans accurately
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and proactive approach
