Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a robust pipeline nationally of new business opportunities, driving the sales of our logistics solutions, and supporting our growth strategy through a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the growth strategy for Noatum Logistics.
- Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring pipeline information is accurate and up to date.
- Lead new customer sales, onboarding, and seamless business integration.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and networking.
- Identify and upsell Noatum services within the existing customer base.
- Prepare and present analytical data, monthly/annual reports, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Represent the company at trade, professional, and networking events.
- Leverage Noatum’s global network and capabilities to maximise customer wins.
