Who we are:
Located in the heart of Suffolk, The Leaping Hare restaurant is a farm to fork concept. While our focus is game food, we serve a blend of modern and traditional European dishes, made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Our seven-acre vineyard produce our own award-winning wine that we serve exclusively in our restaurant.
About the role:
We are currently looking for a full time Front of House Staff Members to join the team at one of the region’s award-winning restaurants. Our opening days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With only Friday and Saturday being open in the evening.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential and further training will be provided. Ideally in a restaurant setting.
Skills you should have:
- Experience in working in a restaurant or similar environment (e.g. cafes)
- A basic wine knowledge would be helpful
- Be able to work very well under pressure & as part of a team
- Have a passion for the food and drink industry
- Maintain good quality customer service skills
- Flexibility to work within other areas of the business if required
