Job Opportunity: Hiab Drivers Assistant (Clamshell)

We are currently seeking a Hiab Driver Assistant (Clamshell) who has experience in this field to join our growing team. This role is vital in supporting the Hiab Driver in various utility and reinstatement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hiab Operator
- Backfilling of tracks and excavations to RAUC standard
- Support Reinstatement activities as required
- Assist in delivering and collecting materials to/from various sites
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service
Requirements:
- Knowledge of utility and reinstatement operations
- CSCS Card or equivalent
- Proven experience
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Preferred Experience:
- Construction or aggregate handling background
- Previous work on reinstatement and backfilling
