About the Role
We are a well-established women’s beauty and aesthetics salon seeking a talented Hairdresser / Stylist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced stylist looking to grow their clientele, enhance their skills, and work within a professional, welcoming, and fully equipped salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional women’s hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Conduct personalised consultations to understand and achieve client preferences
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Provide outstanding customer service and a premium salon experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a qualified Hair Stylist (women’s hair)
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling, and treatments including Keratin, Nanoplastia, Hair perm, Hair botox are prefered (additional skills are a bonus)
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Must hold a valid licence/certification
- Reliable, professional, eager to learn and able to work independently
