We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Office / Finance Manager to join our creative team. This is a varied role combining finance, payroll, administration, and office management responsibilities, making it ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions and taking ownership of day-to-day office operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Payroll
· Manage company accounts and payroll processes.
· Use Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data effectively.
· Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities.
· Preparation of monthly payroll using SAGE.
· Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
· Production of management accounts, providing information for directors’ meetings.
Key Responsibilities: Office Administration
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Management of weekly timesheets.
· Procurement of office supplies and responsibility for service contracts.
· Support HR-related administrative tasks such as annual leave, sick leave and overtime records etc.
· Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities.
Candidate Requirements
· AAT qualification or equivalent bookkeeping qualification and experience.
· Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll and office administration.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAGE
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
· Confident and professional communication skills.

· Part time role, approx. 20 hours per week with increased hours available if the role is expanded for additional accounting duties as outlined.
