Shotsmiths is a fast paced, locals favourite and fun shop based in Clockhouse, in between Penge and Beckenham.
We are looking for the following:
- Barista with at least 2 years experience in specialty coffee
- They must be passionate about good coffee
- Have amazing customer service with fluent English.
- Competent in dialling in and servicing the grinder.
- Getting the perfect extraction for each espresso shot
- Be able do some beautiful latte art
- Able to work at least one day of the weekend, every weekend
- Be able to get to BR3 4PR easily. Check route on Google Maps

You must have experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focussed hospitality environment – with at least two years experience working in specialty coffee.
We operate our shop with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
We would prefer someone who lives in the local area but not essential.
We offer competitive pay and a great place to work. This job is for 5 days a week including one day of the weekend (weekend days can change week to week). If you can’t work on the weekends sadly this role isn’t for you.
We’re looking for people who can keep up on a continuously busy shift, making great drinks and serving with a genuinely friendly and engaging manner with customers.
You must be passionate about coffee, have amazing customer service and be competent in dialling in the grinder, getting the perfect extraction for each shot and be able to do some beautiful latte art as well being confident with machine cleaning and calibration.
The role also includes some ordering, stock taking and sales tracking.
