Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries appropriately, and maintain a positive phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation for staff and clients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows
Qualifications
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
