Telesales Representative–£25,000-£32,000 + Uncapped Residual Commission
The Infinity Group is a London-based contracting service provider for the construction industry. We manage subcontractors' payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.
Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies or agencies, processes their payments, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and leads generation is a fundamental part of the sales activities, with weekly KPI targets driving your success.
· Engage in phone-based activities, arranging multiple client meetings each week.
· Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.
· Take full job briefs from clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and maintaining compliance with new accounts.
· Stay updated on CIS regulations and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
· Close sales deals face-to-face.
The Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in sales in a B2B environment.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Possess the confidence to build rapport and relationships with others.
· Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
