Role Summary
Firerite (UK) Ltd is looking for a Consultancy Department Admin Assistant to support the delivery of our fire safety consultancy services, including Fire Risk Assessments and training coordination.
This is a busy, customer-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.
Key responsibilities: (to include, not exclusive to)
· Support delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and consultancy services
· Coordinate surveys, subcontractors, and job schedules
· Manage client communication via phone and shared inbox
· Schedule jobs and issue documents using SimPRO
· Assist with fire safety training bookings and delivery
· Liaise with internal teams to support service delivery and upselling
Key Skills & Attributes
Essential:
· Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
· Highly organised with strong admin and customer service skills
· Confident communicator, comfortable handling client queries
· Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
Qualifications & Experience (Desirable but Not Essential)
· Experience in compliance, consultancy, or service coordination is an advantage
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
