Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members to support daily operations across our kitchens and front-of-house areas. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and being part of a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food following brand standards
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks (prep, packing, cleaning)
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Take and process customer orders (in-person and online platforms)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Support stock rotation and basic inventory tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members across different kitchens
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen, or food service
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Experience with delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc.)
