Monday to Friday. A working supervisor is required to manage a team of cleaners and oversee daily cleaning duties in a school environment. Experience in the cleaning industry is essential, also supervisory experience is preferable. Job involves ordering stock and monitoring staff absences and organising staff, also monitoring cleaning standards, and need to be able to use own initiative and motivate a team of cleaners. A flexible approach is required as day-to-day duties will vary dependant on the needs of the business. You will report to your line manager and liaise with site manager if any issues arise. Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check. Candidates must be able to provide 2 x references. All job applicants will need to provide documentation which demonstrates their eligibility to work in GB.
