Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover?
You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against PublicAuthority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a closeknit team that values collaboration and highquality service.

Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters
- Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts
- Negotiate with opposing parties
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations

PI or clinical negligence experience essential
- Experience working on Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation desired
- Excellent clientcare and communication
- Organised, flexible and commercially aware
- Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities

- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
