Role overview:
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the day to day management of workforce systems on a major infrastructure project. Acting as a key link between the customer and MacRail, you'll play an important role in ensuring workforce information is accurate, up to date, and readily available to support safe and efficient project delivery.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing workforce records, creating and updating rosters, coordinating accommodation details, supporting inductions, and helping site teams stay compliant with project requirements. You'll also monitor workforce management systems, identify potential issues before they become problems, and work closely with project teams to resolve them.
No two days will be the same. You'll be working with a range of stakeholders, from site teams and managers to health and safety professionals, making sure workforce data is accurate and that the MacRail systems supporting the project are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain workforce rosters
· Manage accommodation records
· Monitor fatigue risk and compliance alerts
· Proactively manage exceedances and complete risk assessments
· Chase those who failed to sign out and log accurate departure times
· Manually capture sign in information where required
· Support personnel through the induction process
· Resolve onboarding issues
· Maintain competence records
· Support facial recognition enrolment
· Resolving facial recognition issues working with our 24/7 Control Room
· Record and escalate close calls
· Export compliance reports

Pay: £17.00-£17.15 per hour
