Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible drinking practices are upheld.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders alongside drinks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or issues to management.
