· JOB PURPOSE
· The purpose of this post is to, under supervision from the Steddy Ltd Directors, provide high quality customer service, Update information/products on the company Website, increase retail and training division sales & services and manage company social media accounts.
· PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
· Serve customers and manage a fully equipped shop of mobility products
· Selling products to the public
· Ensure showroom and building is kept clean and tidy, and stock is priced
· Ability to update information/products on the company website
· Manage company social media accounts
· Ability to promote training division through sales, emails and phone calls
· Enter sales transactions and ensure orders are processed and kept updated
· Liaise with colleagues on a daily basis in our other branches of Bridgend and Briton Ferry.
· The post holder will be based in the Cardiff shop, and on occasion will be required to travel to the head office in Bridgend.
· PERSON SPECIFICATION ·
- Experience of working within a customer service setting.·
· Experience of Microsoft Office Skills and abilities
· Experience in updating and managing company website
· Good standard of general education
· Need to live locally as will be a key holder
· Education, Training and Work Qualifications
· Strong communication and 'people skills'
· The ability to work as part of a team
· To enjoy working with the public
· An approachable, polite and helpful manner
· Ability to positively represent Steddy Ltd to other organisations
· Someone who strives to achieve targets
· Competent mathematical skills, for handling payments and stock checks
· To be reliable and trustworthy.
