Duties
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or grooming options
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and properly stored
- Offer exceptional customer service by engaging in friendly communication, listening attentively, and addressing client needs promptly
- Stay updated on current barbering trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative grooming solutions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon flow
- Educate clients on hair care routines and product recommendations for ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Men’s Barber or in a similar barbering role with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in hair styling, cutting techniques, shaving, and beard grooming
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to sanitation and sterilization of tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering professionals
