About the Role
We are seeking experienced 2-Man Delivery Crews (Driver & Driver’s Mate) who can provide high-quality home deliveries and professional appliance installations. You must supply your own 3.5T Luton van with a tail lift, capable of safely transporting large household items.
Both team members must be skilled with hand tools and comfortable installing items such as washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, and other white goods. Training can be offered for candidates with good practical ability.
This is a consistent, long-term role working 6 Days a week.
Role: 2-Man Delivery Crew (Driver & Driver’s Mate)Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install household appliances as a 2-man crew
- Use hand tools for installations and removals
- Load and unload goods safely using your Luton tail lift
- Provide excellent customer service inside customers’ homes
- Navigate routes and complete delivery paperwork or handheld device tasks
- Work professionally, safely, and efficiently at all times
Requirements (for both crew members):
- Own 3.5T Luton van with a working tail lift
- Confident with tools and basic installation tasks
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous 2-man delivery or installation experience preferred
- Good customer-facing skills
Shifts:
- 07:00 to 18:00
- Be at depot for 06:00 AM
(Allocated or rotated depending on operational needs.)
Payment Terms:
- First 2 weeks held in hand
- Weekly pay thereafter
- £350+ VAT per day
