We’re looking for 1 Full-Time Recovery Practitioner to join the Chester service.
As a Recovery Practitioner you will have an exciting opportunity to hold a mixed caseload and support other tasks including assessment, duty work, groups and deliver (brief & structured psychosocial intervention) in a thriving service, making positive changes in peoples’ lives, through a non-judgmental, recovery-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals. You will also deliver harm reduction advice, , needle & syringe exchanges, Blood borne virus testing testing and overdose prevention advice.
Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to people who use our service and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
