About Greenside Garden Centre Cafe
We are a bustling independent cafe known for our freshly baked goods, homemade food and friendly atmosphere, serving delicious coffee and light meals to our local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks efficiently
- Preparing a range of coffees and hot beverages
- Operating the till and handling cash/card payments
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the café
- Assisting with general café duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred
- Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
The job:
- Part time - 5 hours 5 days per week
- Includes every second weekend
- Earliest start - 9.00am
- Latest finish - 6.00pm
