We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and consultations with patients across diverse age groups and health conditions.
- Develop personalised treatment plans, including medication administration and follow-up care.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Oversee and participate in clinical research projects to improve patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
- Provide specialised care in areas such as ICU, hospice, nursing home, senior care, or home care settings as required.
- Utilise medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment planning where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
- Support public health initiatives by participating in community outreach programmes and health education.
Skills
- Proven experience as a GP with a strong foundation in patient care across various healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology relevant to general practice.
- Experience in clinical research, public health, or specialised fields such as ICU or hospice care is highly desirable.
- Competence in medication administration and managing complex cases involving multiple comorbidities.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in diagnosis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience working in nursing homes, senior care facilities, or providing home care services is advantageous.
