Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Bin Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role involves travelling to various locations to ensure waste bins are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to high standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and providing exceptional service. Training will be provided, and your expected to work Monday to Friday 12am to 5pm.
Duties
- Drive company vehicle to designated sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Operate specialised cleaning equipment to sanitise and clean waste bins effectively
- Inspect bins for damage or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Complete relevant documentation accurately, including service reports and schedules
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and environmental responsibility in all tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during daily routes
- Physically capable of performing outdoor tasks, including lifting and manoeuvring equipment as needed
- Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service at all times
- Each employee will be required to distribute minimum of 1500 flyers per week
