As the company grows, we are investing heavily in structured training, systems and career development, giving the right person the opportunity to develop alongside the business.
Pay: £100–£170 per day, depending on existing experience, skills and demonstrated capability.

Training & Progression
This position would particularly suit somebody who has already spent time working in construction but feels they have more potential than a traditional labouring role offers.

As your skills, experience and ability to take responsibility increase, there will be opportunities to progress through the pay range and into more skilled positions.
Quality Construction is currently developing and expanding rapidly, so there will also be opportunities for people who perform well to progress into senior, supervisory and other roles as the company grows.
