Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from inception through to successful completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using Primavera P6.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and health and safety regulations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety legislation, and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, cost analysis, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement activities, contractor performance, and resource utilisation to maximise project efficiency.
- Coordinate engineering and design activities using Civil 3D or equivalent civil engineering software.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organisation, productivity, and attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D or equivalent civil engineering design software.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Valid Health & Safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) would be advantageous.
