Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM software, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating client information
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support team activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up activities to ensure timely responses
- Support the team with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all customer interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within customer support or sales administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting/ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools
- Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Previous experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
