Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with bartending skills being an advantage.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
