Social Growth Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Growth Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team at InnerDrive. You will help grow our presence across social platforms and newsletters, keep our content calendar running smoothly, and bring fresh, on-brand graphics and video to our channels.
This role suits someone with around 1-2 years' relevant experience who can work with a good degree of independence: analysing what's working, reflecting on performance, and improving your own output without needing close day-to-day direction. Your role will involve writing and scheduling content, growing and engaging our online community across social and newsletter channels, tracking and interpreting performance, and creating graphics and short-form video using Canva, CapCut and Adobe tools. You'll also take on the regular, easy-but-time-consuming tasks that keep our content moving, such as weekly video and blog uploads.
