We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing exhibitions and events company. If you enjoy connecting with people, finding great talent, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for recruiting a wide range of roles that help deliver successful exhibitions and live events, ensuring we continue to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Write and post engaging job adverts.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment administration and keep applicant tracking systems up to date.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment checks where required.
- Work closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
About You
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
- Confident using recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, positive, and able to work independently.
- Experience recruiting within events, hospitality, exhibitions, or customer-facing industries is desirable but not essential.
