We have a fantastic opportunity at our local, family-owned 4 star hotel for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.

We have a number of dining options for guests and non-residents. Our 'Seasons Restaurant' is open for dinner and has a focus on more a formal dining experience , 'Helene's Lounge Bar' offers a more casual dining option and our popular Afternoon Tea is served daily. We regularly host weddings, events, conferences and private dining throughout the week.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a varied and busy kitchen and with a desire to learn further. This role is for available for start within the month for a full-time position of 45 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 which will include a fair share of evenings and weekend shifts and bank holidays. The starting salary is £31,000 and is dependant on experience, with a yearly review.
The Hotel is based in Hethersett and is on a bus route and this role would suit applicants who can commute easily either using public or personal transport.
There will be some training to complete prior to starting a role with us but any training certificates that are already held can be added to our system.
