Kip McGrath Romford is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and fully qualified GCSE English teacher to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys helping students achieve their potential without the workload associated with mainstream classroom teaching.
You'll teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 GCSE English using structured learning programmes and high-quality teaching resource.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Recent experience teaching GCSE English.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and GCSE specifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience supporting students with SEND is advantageous.
The Role
- Deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 English tuition.
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor progress and maintain lesson records.
- Work collaboratively with Centre Directors and colleagues.
- Build students' confidence alongside measurable academic progress.

Working Hours:
Thursday 5pm to 7.05pm
Saturday 12.15pm to 1.15pm
Applicants should be available for at least two regular sessions each week.
