Russell Taylor Group are looking for a good, reliable SSSTS Supervisor to work on a commercial construction project in SG8, Royston starting ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Leading and supervising the site team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensuring the workforce complies with site rules, health & safety procedures, and company policies.
- Carrying out daily briefings and toolbox talks where required.
- Monitoring the quality and progress of works to ensure programme targets are met.
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining effective communication with site management.
- Ensuring all operatives have the correct PPE and work safely at all times.
- Reporting any site issues, incidents, or delays to the Site Manager.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Assisting with site documentation and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

- Previous experience in a similar role
